Entry Level Contracts Analyst

Job Description:

Contract Analyst in the Analytics, Data, and Records role will facilitate the management of multiple competing priorities:

• Responds to complex inquiries into any aspect of companies current and past contracts from both internal and external sources
• Ensures all Contract Management systems are current, accurate, and complete with all of companies contract related data
• Analyzes trends and interpret data across companies’ enterprise systems
• Reviews work of other Contract Management professionals
• Identifies risks and issues, suggests alternatives or process improvements that lead to the best solution
• Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc.
• Achieves a reasonable level of understanding of company major business areas (System Integration and/or Outsourcing) in order to communicate effectively with project Senior Executives and provide relevant advice. May provide training to Contract Management personnel.
• Actively involved in Contract Management initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• College degree required BA/BS minimum
• Strong Proficiency with MS Excel, Pivot Tables, Vlookups required for this role
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency with MS Power BI
• Ability to analyze large datasets
• Professional Skills:
• Detail-oriented, organized, flexible
• Able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to apply sound business judgment
• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
