Scion Staffing, is searching for a
Receptionist on behalf of our client, a high-end luxury architecture firm in
New York, NY! This is a wonderful
direct hire position offering a full-time, on-site opportunity to join a mission driven team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the face of the business, greeting guests and clients as they arrive.

Prepare meeting agendas and assist with meetings, which includes ordering lunch and taking minutes as needed.

Answer incoming and outgoing calls.
-
Receive and log packages and mail arriving to the office.
-
Send out mail, including stamping envelopes for staff.
-
Monitors office supplies inventory and orders supplies as architects need.

Assist interior designers with administrative tasks as needed.

Additional administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
1-3+ years of related experience.
-
Experience in MS Office Suite, calendaring, and outlook skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and business ethics.
-
Ability to work in a team environment.
-
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines and respond to changes at short notice.
COMPENSATION:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 in addition to comprehensive benefits!
