JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. Assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns. Acts as the first impression as well as the final interface with the customer.

Achieving High Standards

· Greets all customers promptly, provides timely professional services.

· Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests. Asks questions to ensure understanding of needs.

Working Effectively With Others

· Builds productive working relationships, consults with others as necessary.

· Has an approachable style; fosters open communication through active listening.

· Stays at reception desk and ensures coverage during breaks.

· Promotes cooperation and teamwork through actions.

· Assists with filing and separation of repair orders to be filed.

Handling Pressure

· Maintains composure in dealing with customers.

· Refers customers who have additional questions to the appropriate individual.

Managing Complexity

· Coordinates with other dealership employees to provide service to customers.

· Identifies and supports opportunities for methods/process improvement.
