We are looking for a Receptionist to serve as our patients’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their encounter in our practice. Responsibilities include managing, scheduling and providing information about appointments and care. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the healthcare field, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage phones
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Gather patient information, collecting necessary information (like contact details)
- Welcome upon arrival
Skills
- Work experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with computers
- Possess strong organizational skills and able to maintain existing systems and improve efficiencies
- Excellent communication
- Maintain schedule
- Ability to work independently and follow through
- Enjoy helping and directing people
- Can collect for services at time rendered
