Receptionist (Client Liaison) Job at Integrity Veterinary Center
Integrity Veterinary Center is a new specialty hospital located in Northampton, MA, and we are looking for an experienced service coordinator to join us! We currently offer oncology, internal medicine, outpatient ultrasounds, and limited urgent care. We are expanding our urgent care services, and looking for a lead service coordinator to join the IVC team. We are committed to practicing the highest standard of medicine, with the aim of helping each patient live comfortably and happily for as long as possible.
High case volumes and widespread staffing shortages are leading to burnout across the field of veterinary medicine. Given this, our aim is to build a healthy and sustainable working environment for our whole team. More specifically, we prioritize work-life balance (benefits include 3 weeks of vacation), fair wages ($21-27/hour, kindness and respect (zero tolerance for abusive behavior from clients), and honest/open communication practices.
Applicants should have exceptional communication skills, experience with EMR, and 2 years experience within the veterinary field. Prior experience (and proficiency) with specialty or emergency or urgent care preferred.

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Majority of care will be curbside, all clients required to wear masks, all staff required to wear masks. All staff must be covid vaccinated or have medical exemption letter.

Experience:
- Communication skills: 3 years (Preferred)
