Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk Job at Tomorrow's Rainbow, Inc.
Reporting to Executive Director, the Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for providing assistance and support for Tomorrow’s Rainbow programs. The Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk will perform functions as needed including non-clinical client telephone support, correspondence, support group facilitation, data entry, and other tasks as assigned. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
Ideal candidates:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English required
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Level II background check
- Experienced and proficient in utilizing technology and databases
- Employ great interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting the mental health needs of children and families
- Excited to work outdoors with horses in a mini-ranch setting
