The Position:

We’re looking for an experienced Front Office team member. The pay range we’re offering is very fair and based on experience.

• We offer paid Holiday’s, Medical, Dental, and a fun work environment.

Requirements:

• Great customer service skills.
• Knows current dental codes preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in the front office preferred but willing to except less experience.
• Confident with people relation skills.
• Basic understanding of dental office preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Answering Phones
• Checking eligibility and benefits.
• Patient flow management
• Collecting co-payments before service is rendered
• Explaining how plan benefits work if the patient has any questions about insurance.
• Schedule management.

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
