Richfield Health Center - is seeking a FT/PT Receptionist to join our team in Roanoke, VA.

The Receptionist is the initial point of contact providing extraordinary customer service for visitors, residents and team members. This person will perform administrative support in an efficient manner in accordance with service standards as established by the organization. They will answer and respond to customer phone calls, questions and concerns with a pleasant demeanor, as well as handling retail transactions. They will monitor the front entrance and safety protocols to ensure the safety and security of residents, team members and visitors.

Full Time Hours : Monday -Friday 8:4:30PM

Part Time Hours: Evenings 4:30pm-7pm and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) 8AM-5PM

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve concerns.
• Effective respectful communication – written and/or verbal to all residents, team members and visitors.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality as warranted.
• Ability to make independent decisions while reacting with a sense of urgency and remaining calm during emergency situations.
• Proficient with basic secretarial duties/skills, Microsoft Office suite, accounting software, Point of Sale (POS), Worxhub and switchboard operation.
• Proven ability to practice stewardship by controlling the waste of supplies and misuse of equipment, etc.
• Ability to use creativity and innovative ideas/principles to incorporate into existing practices.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to interpret oral/written instructions and to meet deadlines with little direction.
