Receptionist for childcare related Business
We are a thriving nanny business seeking a receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is computer literate, organized, has good phone etiquette, and a positive, upbeat personality to deal with applicants and clients alike in the child care industry.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails from clients and applicants
- Scheduling interviews and appointments with clients and applicants
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and applicants
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
- Performing administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
