Our staffing agency represents a family-owned, 40-year-old growing restoration company that is looking for a Reconstruction Restoration Project Manager. The company has a 4.5 rating on Glassdoor, and the average employee tenure is over 15 years.

This Chicago-based company is seeking a Project Manager to manage some residential and commercial projects in Chicagoland.

Role:

· Manage projects that include working with budgets, estimates, and evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers.

· Projects are only in Chicagoland

· Control the day-to-day including developing a master schedule in collaboration with the Principal in Charge.

· Manage the shop drawing/submittal schedule and RFI's and scope development.

· Lead meetings on-site, package bids, pay estimates, change orders, and really manage the entire project.

Required:

· 2+ years experience as a reconstruction restoration project manager managing $2-$50 million projects

· Submittal preparation & tracking experience

· Ability to read blueprints, PM software, and manage subcontractors.

· Bachelor’s degree

· Experience using Xactimate

· People leadership skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
