Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and create Preferred Candidate Profiles based on internal client and role requirements.
- Conduct meetings with internal clients to kickoff new openings, collect pertinent information and gain deeper understanding of their roles and needs.
- Write and post job invitations (marketing 1 pagers) in meaningful networks and help identify which platforms are the best fit for the candidate profile.
- Write phone screen interview documents to be used in candidate phone screens.
- Manage the ATS Bamboo to walk candidates through the process and keep hiring managers updated
- Source top talent for hard-to-fill positions
- Review incoming resumes and correspond quickly with applicants
- Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews with candidates.
- Take detailed notes to share with the team and provide recommendations.
- Assist hiring managers with scheduling interviews with the candidates throughout the remaining process and keep everyone informed through consistent and proactive communication
- Strategize with Hiring Managers to prep offers for greater acceptance rates
- Leverage data to track progress and improve results around meaningful KPI’s
- Build Talent Pools to create an ongoing cycle of talent engaging with our brand that can be leveraged across the organization
- Strategize unique ways to reach candidates in niche positions like college connections, career fairs, salon pop-ups, etc and create ongoing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Requirements:
- Work independently and quickly, with a sense of urgency and strong customer focus
- Collaborate with team members virtually and in person.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use technology and resources (Monday.com, Bamboo, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, etc)
- Professional presentation.
- Experience interviewing candidates, providing presentations to high level executives, and making recommendations.
