The Job Recruiter will identify, recruit, and screen potential employees for specific positions within all departments and locations of Carolina Comfort Air, Inc.
Primary Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Consult with management team to discover requirements and specific job objectives
- Maintain all job boards with updated job posting and requirements
- Review and screen candidates for all positions
- Initiate contact with possible candidates while interviewing applicants via telephone
- Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with Hiring Managers
- Collaborate with the hiring managers on recruiting methods and interview questions
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires on our technology platform
- Stay up to date with current recruiting methods
- Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
- Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2-year (Preferred) experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter
- Associate degree (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
- Familiarity with social media and advertising
