Job Description:

Our client is a salon franchise that is seeking an outgoing and passionate Recruiter to drive and elevate the end-to-end recruitment process for their growing company. Join an industry leader and partner with their leadership team to identify and recruit top talent across the organization. Promote a great company culture of "having fun while being awesome" and elevate brand awareness with prospective candidates and esthetician schools in their region. Great opportunity to expand your network by meeting new people in person, and be on the front line of building strong relationships. Requires travel up to 50-60% of the time to visit esthetician schools and attend recruiting events.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to esthetician schools and attend recruiting events to find top talent for our company
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Create job postings and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruiting
  • Utilize social media and other recruitment channels to promote job opportunities and attract candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools and other organizations to create a pipeline of candidates
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility
  • Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding processes
  • Develop and maintain recruiting metrics to evaluate the success of recruitment efforts
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Participate in other HR initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
  • Knowledge of recruiting laws and regulations
  • Ability to travel up to 50-60% of the time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruitment channels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
