WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• A minimum of 1 year of Recruiting and Onboarding experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
• Collaborate with Managers to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
• Coordinate with HR Representatives for job postings, advertisment processes and management of hiring costs
• Provide quarterly reports on Turnover, Hiring Cost and effectiveness of hiring strategies
• Assist with the recruitment and interview process. From screening applicants to scheduling interviews and conducting interviews
• Assists HR Manager in researching and developing training plans
• Must be result and deadline oriented
• Must be Highly Organized, Well Planned, People Oriented and Business Oriented
• Has a proactive communication style
