We have an opening for a Recruiter in our HomeGoods Distribution Center located in Brownsburg, IN. As a member of our recruiting team, you will be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of talent for non-exempt hourly positions in the Distribution Center.

Responsibilities:

• Drives General Warehouse Associate (GWA) recruiting process in partnership with DC HR Team
• Manage GWA full recruitment lifecycle for assigned buildings/geographic area
• Creates geographic staffing strategy; inclusive of identifying and developing partnerships with local high schools, colleges, military, and community-based organizations
• Create and maintain a positive presence on all social media platforms
• Source, identify, engage, attract, assess, and extend offers to applicants
• Manage applicants in the applicant tracking system
• Proactively manage pipeline candidates for future needs
• Organizes and runs virtual hiring events; provides support as needed for in-person hiring events
• Reports weekly progress against headcount goals to TA Manager
• Shares Market Information with the local HR team and TA Manager to drive strategy
• Anticipate challenges and obstacles, while pivoting recruitment strategies as needed
• Ensures all online recruitment posts, job descriptions, and applicant search results are current and accurate

Requirements:

• 1-3 years full recruitment lifecycle or sourcing experience
• Ability to work on-site at the distribution center based on the needs of the business (Hybrid Schedule – Remote & In-person)
• High Volume recruitment experience, staffing agency and/or light industrial a plus
• Strong technical experience and comfort utilizing multiple platforms (Excel, PowerBI, Applicant Tracking System, etc.)
• Sourcing experience to include internet, research, and cold calling
• Developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Collaborative, team player
• Proven experience and comfort in communicating with all levels of leadership
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with a focus on attention to detail
• Ability to identify innovative and creative means to identify and attract talent
• Ability to speak and understand Spanish speakers (preferred, but not required)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
