Kapella Group and Global Construction is a leading commercial construction company with main office in Centennial, CO. Our areas of expertise are Multifamily, Senior Care and Healthcare facilities. Currently operating in Colorado, Arizona, Kansas, Texas, Florida and expanding. As fast as we are growing this is one of the most important positions within the company and offers room for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement recruiting strategy
• Consult with managers and executive staff to project the staff requirements and specific job objectives
• Create and post job descriptions on career websites, social media, etc.
• Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
• Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
• Conduct phone, video and/or in-person interviews
• Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
• Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
• Attend job fairs and careers events
• HR Management

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an HR and Recruiting coordinator or recruiter
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Ability to think outside of the box
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
