Regional Administrator

The W Assisted Living Management Group is seeking a qualified and dedicated Regional Administrator. We have our eye out for Regional Administrator that can support a collaborative team approach through providing guidance, and a continued commitment to excellence in resident satisfaction. Top candidates must have extensive knowledge in Assisted Living Facility (ALP) regulatory processes, strong management skills, and address business from a creative and compassionate point of view.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three years’ experience as an Administrator in a Long-Term Care Facility is expected
• Two years of which includes experience managing leaders with a plethora of responsibilities such as: payroll, budgeting, staffing, and employee development.
• Candidates must possess and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and communication skills
• Minimum qualifications of a Bachelors’ Degree in an appropriate discipline. Master’s Degree preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overseeing the implementation of federal, state and local policies in their region.
• Oversee the administrators to ensure they are supported and meet the required benchmarks to maintain a high degree of resident satisfaction and retention through consistent delivery of high-quality services
• Establishing and implementing resident care policies, personnel policies, and other policies to maintain the safe, efficient operation of the facilities and adherence to appropriate laws and regulations.
• Oversee and implement the ALP quality assurance programs ensure tall reporting is being completed
• Serve as the public relations officer and represent the communities to governmental agencies, professional organizations, and other appropriate public agencies/groups
