Compensation Package:
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
20% bonus potential to be earned annually if center goals are met
50% Health Insurance Contribution

16 PTO days per year (accrued) This includes sick leave, vacation leave and personal time

Job Description:
- Oversee the revenue operations of all daycare locations within the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Implement and manage the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, provide insights for marketing strategies, and improve customer retention.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet revenue goals, including advertising campaigns, promotions, and social media initiatives.
- Ensure that each daycare location is meeting revenue targets and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Develop and implement staff operation procedures that streamline operations and ensure consistency across all locations.
- Ensure all staff members are held accountable for adhering to operational procedures and provide coaching when necessary.
- Oversee the HR function for the region, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Handle all escalated parent issues and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Bring excitement and innovative ideas in the industry to the current program and new schools as they are being developed.
Stay on top of payroll/HR trends, training trends and early childhood education trends, curriculum, etc, to ensure the program remains cutting edge for parents, students and employees.
- Ensure that all daycare locations comply with state regulations and licensing requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to increase visibility and awareness of the daycare organization.
- Provide regular reports on revenue, staffing, and parent satisfaction to executive leadership.
