About the role
Responsible for reviewing all assigned service branch work orders, working with teams to submit all duplicates/cancellations/corrections, reviewing, and closing out all tech completed work orders, training and supporting the onsite work order administrators to ensure compliance and prompt response and completion. Up to 25% travel may be required.
You may be eligible for a $500 net sign on bonus to be paid out in your first paycheck
What you'll be doing
- Review daily the open work orders across the service branch
- Regular check ins with onsite work order administration for progress in work order assignments and reviews
- Reviews and coordinates with onsite teams Web entered Work Orders.
- Reviews all Maintenance Technicians completed work orders for proper accounting of labor, materials, photographs, and resident signatures as applicable.
- Reviews all past resident work orders for proper accounting of labor, materials, photographs and work complete.
- Review all work orders for potential duplicates and submit for cancellation.
- Review aging work orders and engage with team members for status.
- Manage the quality assurance review of the work orders to ensure they have been completed correctly in Yardi.
- Review all work orders accurately reflect the policies for Work Order Management.
Typical Physical Demands: Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move equipment and supplies up to 25-50 lbs.

Who we're looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience. Relevant industry experience preferred.
- Technology/data entry experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word in particular.
- Existing Yardi knowledge is a bonus
- The ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members
- The ability to work well with fellow employees in a team environment.
- The ability to plan and organize.
- Possession of a valid, state-issued driver s license and safe driving record is also required.
