Job Summary and Mission
The Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) manages day-to-day maintenance and cleaning of each Salon Lofts location in their assigned markets. The RFM is the primary point of contact for the Director of Facilities (DOF), Tenants (Loft Owners), Leasing agents (Market Managers), Service Technicians, and other Corporate Support Staff when maintenance or cleaning issues arise. The RFM ensures that standards for high quality and Wow Customer Service are met within our stores.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Respond, Prioritize, Manage and close Facility Issues with Loft Owners in 5-8 markets.
  • Conduct Quarterly Inspections and manage physical aspects of stores, ensuring a high-quality workplace.
  • Work with Service Technicians to ensure service standards are met, issues are resolved, preventative maintenance tasks are performed timely and reporting occurs on schedule.
  • Communicate with Cleaning Contractors to ensure a high standard of store cleanliness.
  • Procure Cleaning and Maintenance Supplies as needed for each store.
  • Ongoing communication with Loft Owners and Salon Lofts Staff on issue status.
  • Assist with Preventative Maintenance initiatives and records.
  • Obtain, develop, schedule Vendors, and create Vendor lists for store repairs.
  • Assist with bid procurement and Vendor Service Agreements.
  • Create and manage regional facilities record keeping, including facilities invoicing and expenditure management.
  • Provide feedback to the Construction Department on new store design.
  • Communicate directly with Landlords regarding Landlord issues.
  • Communicate with local building and Life Safety inspectors to ensure building compliance.
  • Scheduled On-call to respond to and resolve emergencies as quickly as possible.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of Windows-based computing, texting, emailing, Internet
  • Strong verbal skills, able to cooperate and communicate with differing points of view
  • Ability to work under pressure within time constraints
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and multiple tasks needing attention at the same time
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Strong organizational, filing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
