Reports to:​​ Market Manager/Country Manager

Number of stores:​ 3-8

As a Regional Manager in JOE & THE JUICE, you have the overall responsibility for controlling and optimizing the stores within your assigned region. Having the responsibility for a group of stores, includes constantly having a detailed overview and clear optics on all store conditions. This entails areas such as; Cleaning & Hygiene, Product Quality, Juicer Training.

The Regional Manager is responsible for Training BMs in running their stores efficiently, while also identifying and activating Shift Managers to be promoted and trained in their assigned stores.

The RM is expected to continuously have the general overview of their region. Having a general overview includes, ensuring all store structures are in place, and that the BMs are enforcing these structures consistently. It furthermore includes, checking up and ensuring that all stores’ shift plans are correct and follows their templates. In relation hereof, the RM is expected to use WP2 actively to identify if shift plan hours are sufficient for running efficiently.

By managing day-to-day activities in the region, for example analyzing statistics, RMs play a vital role in informing the BM’s, SM’sand JQ’s on how to improve waste, grey area and other vital Key Performance Indicators.The RM is also responsible for making weekly checkups across all stores to assess conditions of stock, product handling, till registration and employee consumption.

EXPECTATIONS:

  • To be the extension of the country management
  • To be a BTC mentor for all stores in the region
  • Being the head of communication between respective stores
  • Having the responsibility for executing and implementing:

o OPERATINAL EXCELLENCE

o CARE OPTICS

o Qualifying & Validating all training

o Creating a healthy development and quality pipeline
