Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job

Leaps and Bounds ABA is currently look for certified RBTs to work with children in a home/school setting in the following locations south of Nashville: Antioch, Brentwood, Smyrna, La Vergne.

Leaps and Bounds ABA is a home, school, community based ABA Provider, owned by a practicing BCBA who prioritizes exceptional care for our clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA Therapy in a home, school, or community setting
• Accurately take data and keep track of client progress using our electronic data collection system
• Professionally communicate with parents, supervisors, teachers, etc.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) as set forth by the supervising BCBA
• Accurately implement client treatment plan goals during each session
• Participate in staff training and team meetings
• Write daily session progress notes

Job Requirements

• HS Diploma or Associate's Degree
• RBT Certification required (if you do not have this, we can help guide you through the process)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must be available to work some after school sessions, until 6pm, minimum 3 days per week
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities (specifically ASD) highly preferred
• CPR (preferred)
• Safety Care/CPI Trained (preferred)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed and ability to engage in physical activities such as running, jumping, etc.
• Ability to sit on the floor and get up and down, as well as being able to stand for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
