Sand Key Health and Rehabilitation a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Clearwater Fla. is currently seeking an RN. We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new professional to join our team.
As the Registered Nurse (RN) within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will assist with administering medications, care planning, and the daily support and supervision of the clinical staff. Here at Sand Key Health and Rehabilitation, we believe in a strong TEAM approach that truly improves the lives of all our residents.

(RN) Registered Nurse Job Summary & Qualifications:
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care
- Supervise clinical staff (such as LPNs, CNAs)
- Monitor the administering of all medications and treatments within your facility
- Manage the care plan processes and communicate all care plan instructions to patients and their families
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
- Display unlimited patience and respond to residents with compassion in every interaction
- Active RN License Required
- Advanced Organizational Skills
- Advanced Conflict Resolution Skills
