Responsibilities for float pool nurse
- Will be designated to train and work in various areas of facility providing safe & therapeutic patient care.
- Providing nursing care in inpatient areas, emergency department, infusion center, and surgical services.
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing plan considering the patient and family’s individual, cultural, ethnic, and religious values and beliefs.
- Evaluate nursing care on an ongoing basis and revising the plan of care as appropriate.
- Provide patient education for diagnostic procedures, medical conditions and treatment plans
Qualifications for float pool nurse
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Telemetry and/or monitoring experience preferred.
- 1 year Med/Surg experience, required.
- Competently cares for all patients in med-surg and float assignments in the ICUs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
