A prestigious hospital in Southern NH is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Critical Care Float Pool. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care across multiple critical care units.
• Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and health risk factors.
• Administer medications, monitor, and document treatment progress and patient response.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and care after discharge.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
• Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.

Qualifications:

• A BSN is required.
• Active RN license.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Full-time, permanent position
• Hours: 3x12, 7a-730p.
• Pay; $40-50/hr., depending on experience + shift differentials.
