Per Diem Registered Nurses must commit to work a minimum of 16 hours, per four (4) week scheduling period in direct patient care. One shift must be an evening, night, weekend or holiday as applicable to operations. You will be working at American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, WI.

Help care for our tiniest patients in a Level IV NICU at the nationally known American Family Children’s Hospital.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:

• Provide care for critically ill newborns, infants and their families across the continuum of care, from admission to discharge.
• Provide care for infants requiring the most advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services, including a wide variety of medical and surgical complexities.

Education :

Preferred – Baccalaureate degree in nursing.

Work Experience :

Minimum – Six (6) months relevant nursing experience.

Preferred – Previous NICU experience and current Level III or IV NICU experience.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum – Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin and CPR certification.

Preferred – NRP Certification.
