Job Summary

The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process to provide for optimum quality and continuity of nursing care to patients in the comfort of their residence and demonstrates the core nursing competencies established by the Agency to ensure effective and efficient care on an ongoing basis.

Candidate Profile

• Current, unencumbered AZ RN license or compact license required.
• A minimum of 2 years RN experience required.
• A minimum of 1 year Home Health RN experience preferred.
• Wellsky/Kinnser experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements. 100% travel required.
• COVID-19 vaccination required, or reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, or religious belief that prevents vaccination.
• Able to educate patients and family on multiple disease processes and have good medication knowledge and wound care experience.
