Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Job at Skillify Learning Pvt. Ltd.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the respiratory care of patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and evaluate diagnostic tests on patients with respiratory disorders, including spirometry, blood gas analysis, and bronchoprovocation testing.
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other respiratory treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory disorders, medications, and home care techniques.
- Assist physicians during bronchoscopy and intubation procedures.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide respiratory support as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date on new developments in respiratory care.
Job Types: Per diem, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $66.00 per hour

Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Arcata, CA 95518: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Respiratory therapy: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- RRT (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- RCP License (Preferred)
