The Role at a Glance
We are excited to bring on a Regulatory Communication and Mail Specialist to join our Regulatory and Business Communications team.

Background Details
As a Regulatory Communication and Mail Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and distributing regulatory content for our clients. In addition, you will oversee and provide input on all communications that are sent out to our clients to ensure they receive a world class customer experience with the highest level of quality content. What you'll be doing
  • You will build and manage relationships with three of our communications vendors to distribute over 1million pieces of mail annually including communications for fund changes, cash out notices and annual regulatory content packets.
  • You will review new business contracts to create 404a fee disclosures for our new clients and lead an effort with a project manager and a vendor to systematically generate fee disclosures for over 12,000 of our clients.
  • You will assist business partners in creating customer-facing letter templates that will be used frequently to communicate with our plan participants.
  • You will oversee our Quality Communications process which reviews all customer facing content being sent to our customers.
  • You will support and promote change management for departmental enterprise initiatives and projects for Retirement Plan Services departments.
  • You will act as the first point of contact for research coming into our team to provide resolution and escalate issues to your manager when needed.
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
  • High School Diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience
  • 2-4+ Years’ financial services experience, communications/marketing or experience that aligns with the responsibilities of this role
  • Effective strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maneuver through multiple systems/databases/platforms/software
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and meet project deadlines and goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


Nice-to haves:
  • Research and data entry experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Retirement Plan Services knowledge and experience
  • ASPPA RPF certification
  • 404a Fee Disclosure knowledge and experience
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field

Pay Range: $51,900 - $89,800

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
