Remittance Clerk

Description

We are seeking a Remittance Processing Clerk to process customer payments for our Naperville Office. The ideal candidate for this position is a team player, enjoys working in a structured environment and meeting daily production deadlines. Previous production, banking or cashier experience is a plus.

Position Responsibilities:

• Ability to meet daily production requirement

• Minimum 40 hours per week

• Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

This position is covered by a labor agreement. The starting salary on this position is $19.62 per hour. After 6 months step increase to $19.71

Required Degree(s), Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Degree(s), Skills and Experience:

• 10 key skills and typing are a plus

• Operate Remittance Processing machines

• Operate Opex 150 and Falcon mail opening and check processing equipment

• Operate 10 key and keyboard to perform data entry of remittance processing

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push/pull mail trolleys
