Job Description:

Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world’s most complex technical challenges. The Navy’s C4S team is seeking a Remote Administrator to support their efforts in Pensacola, FL.

In this position you will provide technical support services for the various C4S capabilities onboard Military Sealift Command (MSC) ships.

  • You will be responsible for providing remote assistance to onboard installation teams.
  • You will work Tier 1 and Tier II NIPRNET issues.
  • You will participate in the creation, updating, and maintenance of system SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • You will be responsible for carrying out approved change requests as well as STIG resolution efforts.
  • Coordinates with the contractor's C4S Lead and Government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.
  • You will work alongside our NOC team

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Windows systems administration, software and hardware troubleshooting and end-user support
  • Security + CE certification
  • Windows OS training
  • Interim Secret clearance
  • Work well independently
