MyHRScreens is a national employee screening company located in Ridgeland, MS. This position requires someone with critical thinking skills, highly organized and someone who can work on a deadline. Some of the key functions this person will be responsible for are as follows:
Contact third parties and document findings in management system utilizing appropriate grammar- Perform data entry in management system
- Review and release public record information in accordance with the FCRA
- Obtain and pursue ongoing certificates in FCRA compliance
- Scheduling and rescheduling drug tests and occupational health tests
- Help clients with day to day service questions
The candidate will need the following attributes
Detail oriented- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to make a decision in a pressure situation
- Investigative and research oriented
- Confidence in working independently to complete tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft WORD and EXCEL
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to document responses clearly with good grammar
- Ability to alleviate client concerns and provide an appropriate solution

Experience in the background check industry is required.
