Krasdale Foods is looking for a professional and positive Customer Service Representative who loves to help solve problems. Using your excellent customer service skill set, you will provide industry-leading support to current Krasdale customers across multiple communication channels - including phone and email - maintaining a positive, consistent customer experience with every touchpoint and interaction.

Responsibilities Include:

· Solve Customer Issues with the best positive timely solutions

· Verify, track and notify customers of delivery status in real-time

· Process any special orders, enter returns and distribution requests

· Handle all phone communication with and support delivery drivers in real-time

· Process and document all shortages/damages/adjustments in writing

· Research, process and document any necessary customer credits

· Support internal sales & support teams on all matters relating to orders & deliveries.

Requirements:

· Experience in a fast paced customer driver environment, Call Center Environment

· Strong verbal and written skills

· Heavy Email correspondence

· Familiar with Excel Data Entry

· Internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem

· A dedicated quiet, private workspace

· Demonstrated self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work collaboratively with leaders - all in a remote work environment

· Ability to train in person at our White Plains NY office during the onboarding/training period

· Bi-lingual preferred
