Remote Medicaid Coordinator/Business Office Manager Job at Comprehensive Healthcare Solutions LLC
Nursing Home billing company seeking a Remote Medicaid Coordinator/Business Office Manager with experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining personnel and resident files.
- Serving as liaison with families and community agencies.
- Reconciling cash accounts each month.
- Monitoring residents trust accounts.
- Securing payers for every resident upon admission and monitoring throughout.
- Meeting with families/Residents for Financial Screening for Medicaid application
- Submitting Medicaid applications, following up for all docs and following through with all to ensure approval.

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
