POSITION SUMMARY
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing retail operations, management and staff. The objective of this position is to maintain compliance, sales goals, and overall operational duties for assigned retail stores. The Retail Store Manager acts as a coach to all retail staff and as a resource to each employee to help inspire the success of their retail location. The retail Store Manager communicates with upper management to ensure that all needs are met and their store has the necessary tools and training required to meet all sales and staffing goals.
BENEFITS SUMMARY
The Company provides access to group health insurance, dental and vision insurance, EAP, as well as other benefits that may become common in the industry. PTO hours will be distributed as follows: 40 hours upon the first day of position, 80 hours on the anniversary of the first day, with 40 hours added every year following, capping out at 120 hours. PTO hours must be used in the year they are acquired and will not be allowed to roll over. PTO has no monetary value and can not be “cashed out'' at any time during or after employment. Accumulated PTO will include vacation and sick leave.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
- Achieves sales and operational objectives by providing multi-level data and sales information and making recommendations for strategic planning. Prepares forecasts and action plans; implements sales and customer-service standards; resolves problems; assists with audits; identify industry trends; suggests sales system improvements and implements changes, if approved.
- Immediately addresses any lapses in compliance with Company policies or local State laws.
- Meets sales objectives by analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Inspects stores, recruit and terminate employees, conduct meetings, train staff, create reports, and recommend changes regarding store procedures and changes.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Understand and Implement policy and procedure as passed down by Company management.
- Oversees daily operation of all aspects of retail stores and makes adjustments to staff when needed.
- Coaches all levels of employees and ensures all positions are completing required job duties.
- Assigns disciplinary points to employees when necessary.
- The retail Store Manager will fill in for any retail, fulfillment, or inventory position when necessary.
- Must maintain sales and average order objectives set forth by upper management (goals are always subject to change).
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times a day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
