Job Title: Rental Car Manager

Job Summary:

As a Rental Car Manager, you will be responsible for renting vehicles to customers on behalf of the rental company. You will provide excellent customer service, facilitate the rental process, sell memberships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and ascertain their rental needs.

- Completing the rental agreement process and verifying customer information.

- Provide suggestions to customers on rental options, upgrades, and additional products/services.

- Perform vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure adherence to standards.

- Review customer billing and charges with accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with other employees to ensure rentals are properly handled.

- Address customer complaints and escalate to the management team, if necessary.

- Manage and maintain an organized rental office, including rental agreements and vehicle availability.

- Explain rental details and policies to customers and provide answers to their questions.

Job Requirements:

- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RENTAL CAR INDUSTRY

- MUST HAVE Customer service experience is preferred.

- Experience in the hospitality industry

- Strong sales experience

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

- Knowledge of various car types and models.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

- Familiarity with car rental software.

- Have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age and full coverage insurance.

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Salary: $18-$19 hourly, based on experience and qualifications. Serious growth opportunity
