LM Gear Company, a division of Anderson Cook, Inc. is seeking a Machine Repair/Maintenance Tech for the 3rd Shift (10:30 p.m to 6:35 a.m. This is a DIRECT HIRE !!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Maintenance, Facilities manager in general upkeep, troubleshooting and repair of machines and other items as needed
- Must furnish personal tools for performance of work
- Perform Preventative Maintenance to equipment and document in Plex system
- Complete all daily paperwork
- Report any problems to management
- Maintain all related supplies and equipment
Also adhere to all plant safety rules and regulations, all Division policies and procedures, complete all daily paperwork, attend all job-related meetings, maintain cleanliness of work area, and represent Division and Corporation to customers, suppliers and co-workers in a professional manner.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years maintenance experience. CNC Machine experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair
Experience preferred with proficiency and understanding of:
- Hydraulics circuits, pumps, valves, etc.
- Pneumatics circuits, valves and controls
- Electrical control circuits
- Electrical power distribution
- Operate CNC machines manually
- Write programs in MDI for troubleshooting and testing of repairs
- Gas, Arc and TIG welding
- Operate manual mill, lathe, surface grinder, and all other shop equipment
- Ability to work on your own'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.90 - $25.75 per hour
