This is a grant-funded position contingent upon funding availability.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. Demonstrated experience and understanding of data analysis, data interpretation, report generation in a higher education or similar environment,
Knowledge in quantitative and qualitative research, statistical analysis and reporting
Knowledge with health based accreditation organizations and requirements (CEPH, CAHME, AUPHA)
Ability to express interest in current and innovative practices in the development and assessment of institutional effectiveness and student learning outcomes especially those surrounding local, state, and community college issues
Ability to collaborate effectively with administration; seek consensus on student learning outcomes; apply bench-marking techniques.
Skills to collect, organize, and analyze data.
Skills presenting complex material orally and in writing.
Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with persons contacted while performing assigned duties.
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Higher Education Enterprise Systems (i.e., Ellucian) and data analysis software such as SPSS, Excel, and Access.

Provides oversight and supervision for grant/project planning, assessment, evaluation strategies, trend analysis and accreditation processes as related to School of Public Health.

Develops and implements a comprehensive system for assessing effectiveness of programs and services, including surveys, evaluations, data reports, secondary data sources, qualitative and quantitative analyses, and research designs to make recommendations for grant/project improvements.

Duties & Responsibilities
Develops and coordinates School wide systems of all program reviews; provides orientation and support in designing program reviews; and deliver monitoring reports to administrators as assigned.

Compiles, analyzes, and disseminates quantitative data on School of Public Health facts and related educational issues including areas such as characteristics, enrollments, student retention, student transfer activities, enrollment projections, grades, other student performance indicators and fiscal affairs as compared to University as a whole.

Works in concert with the leadership to address accreditation issues; provides technical support during reaccreditation processes
