We are currently looking to hire an experienced Reservation Agent who shares the same mission and values as FunVacay. The right candidate should be highly motivated, organized, task-orientated, & professional - all while providing accurate and efficient customer service to potential and current guests. The ideal candidate should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and maintain professionalism while handling a fast-paced environment.

While not required, the preferred candidate should have previous work experience in reservations, hospitality, and/or customer service. Standard computer knowledge and skills are a must. Experience in Escapia, Breezeway, or other booking platforms are a plus.

FunVacay Reservation Agent Responsibilities:

• Data Entry – Detail oriented and precise
• Communication – Answering incoming phone calls and addressing any guest inquiries through telephone, guest messaging, email, and in person inquiries
• Creating reservations through specialized company software
• Maintaining positive and professional guest relations at all times
• Maintaining knowledge of our luxury properties, their locations/communities, amenities, services, and rates
• Adhering to company policies, rules, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
