Ready for a new opportunity? Do you have customer service experience? We are looking for several full time reservation agents for our call center and that need remote candidates.
The call center is handling all inbound calls for customers who are looking to book reservations with travel. This is not a difficult environment handling upset customers or sales. This is an easy going process and requires a person who can smile and speak with kindness.
Looking for candidates who can do different shifts, starting/ending time is flexible. We have incentives for our team and we look forward to sharing those details with you. Most our agents, are making $15 to $16 p/h with the incentives we pay. It's all inbound calls and a great environment.
The requirements we need from remote agents:
- Windows 10 Computer
- Webcam
- Dedicated quiet space for work
- Wired internet connection 15Mbps or higher
- USB Headset
- Second Monitor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour ++
(Most agents are at $15 per hour with incentives)
