Job Responsibilities:
- The reservations coordinator is responsible for generating sales through reservation leads via email, and over the phone when guests call in directly.
- Serve as a guest point of contact from time of booking to departure, collaborating with Guest Services Manager and the local operations team.
- Ability to multi-task: telephones, computers and chat messages
- Be knowledgeable of the mountain resorts and year-round activities that draw people to our beautiful destination so you can provide local expertise
- Be knowledgeable of all properties and their specific features and attributes so you can answer questions during the reservation process
- Be knowledgeable of guest facing terms and conditions they agree to at time of booking so you can answer questions during the reservation process
- Be knowledgeable of all in-house and arriving guests, customizing welcome letters and cookie bags are prepared for each arrival
- Ability for quick thinking and the ability to relay information clearly
- Contribute to receiving positive guest reviews by providing excellent guest service.
- Support Director of Guests Services with other projects, as necessary
- Receive maintenance requests from in-house guests and create work orders
- Ensure all guest facing automated communication is working properly and guests are receiving the information they need for an enjoyable stay.
- Provide continuous updates and edits to the electronic guest database
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with guests and colleagues
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems quickly as this position works in multiple property management systems during the day
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Ensure compliance of all federal and state laws pertaining to housing and property management i.e., Fair Housing Act, Board of Realty Regulation and Montana Landlord and Tenant Act
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Professional Requirements:

- Computer skills required - Microsoft Office
- Must be able to get to and from the Office for each scheduled shift
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled

- Pay rate based on experience
