We are currently hiring quality caregivers for Full Time, Part Time and PRN status.  If you have a heart to serve and enjoy working with and around senior adults, this is the place for you. Part-time and full-time caregivers will be eligible for a $500 sign on bonus (please ask for details)! We are seeking a caregiver for the 6:00am - 2:00pm shift and another for the 2:00pm-10:00pm shift.

As a Vitality Resident Assistant (caregiver), you will:

• Assist residents with daily life activities as indicated in service plans
• Perform other services for residents such as laundry, pet care, escorting to activities, etc.
• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
• Observe for and report resident problems (as listed in Observation and Reporting sections of Personal Care Specialist Resource, or in-service plans) and document accordingly

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Meet state health related requirements
