Resident Housekeeping Manager Job at BSG Maintenance Inc
BSG is the premier leader in contracted housekeeping, laundry, and dietary services to medical and long-term health care facilities. We are looking for a Resident Housekeeping Manager to oversee four independent assisted living facilities in the West Bend Area.
The role of the Resident Housekeeping Manager is described in detail below and must be performed in a manner that sufficiently meets client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating cleaning schedules
- Reviewing budgets
- Ordering monthly supplies
- Quality Control
- Setting up/Taking things down for special events
- Welcoming all residents at the facilities with a smile, warm greeting
- Keeping the main entrance area tidy and organized, creating a positive first impression for all visitors
- Directing visitors to the appropriate room they are seeking
- Handling any challenges and issues promptly and professionally
- Providing support for Housekeepers/Custodians
- Scheduling and Managing sub-contractors

- You have strong people skills, with the ability to anticipate the needs of residents.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
Job Type:

- Monday-Friday
- Shift starts at 6:30am
Pay: $20.00-$23 per hour (commensurate with experience)
