Residential and Multi-Family Plumber Job at Hardhat Workforce Solutions
We are currently seeking Residential Plumbers for projects in the Raleigh/Durham area. The Plumber will be responsible for the installation, testing and startup of plumbing systems in Multi-Family residential new construction projects. Please be prepared to speak about your last completed project.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Must have the ability to read blueprints, layout and install underground plumbing.
- Must be able to install stub-ups and waste and drain locations in a slab without having to saw them up and move later correctly and accurately.
- Must be able to read blueprints and lay out the rough in plumbing before drywall is put up.
- Must be able to install all plumbing fixtures, sinks etc.
- Promote, maintain, and adhere to OSHA regulations.
- Must be able to run PVC (mostly underground) PEX and copper (soft solder and braise)
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of related residential experience.
- Working experience using blueprints and laying out system.
- Experience in layout and installation of all sizes of copper, PEX and PVC pipe.
Requirements:
- Have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Must have tools of the trade.
- Valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
