As a Residential Group Home Manager, you will assist individuals with disabilities with the following:

• Informed choice making
• Self-advocacy
• Life skill development (Meal preparation/personal hygiene/medication administration)
• Relationship building
• Community participation
• Developing independence & a positive self-image (Implementation of Lifestyle, Nursing & Behavioral Plans)
• Ensuring health & safety of clients and coworkers

As a Residential Group Home Manager, you will oversee the operations of the program:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program including maintaining supplies, ensuring staff are following protocols for a safe and clean home environment for clients
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly employee performance
• Ensure new employees are properly trained to carry out their jobs
• Ensure current employees complete their annual training in a timely manner
• Oversee proper scheduling of staff, time off requests, and coverage if an employee calls out
• Other day-to-day management necessities as they arise
