The position:
We are looking for beginner to intermediate residential installers to join our team. Candidates must be comfortable on residential roofs as well as have residential solar installation experience.

- Residential Solar Installation experience (Preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with heights
- Strong work ethic
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Solar Installation (preferred)
- Experience with the Enphase system (preferred)
- Roofing experience OR Construction Experience

Physical requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders with up to 50lbs on your back
- Work in extreme environments (i.e. hot sun, cold weather, hot attics, etc.)
- Ability to walk on a residential roof with safety equipment (harnesses and ropes provided)
Pay:
$20/hr
Hours/Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend Availability
