Logan River Academy is in search of an experienced Residential Manager to join our team. At LRA, we're committed to providing quality care and mentoring for youth ages 12-18 who have Autism and other mental health disorders. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for helping others and the desire to make a difference as well as have experience working in a residential care setting.

Duties of role may include:

• Supervise shift of residential staff and clients by being proactive, solving conflicts, responding to staff questions while looking for opportunities to lead by example.
• Administer nightly medication to all clients. Handle all after hour calls and crisis decisions while keeping other management informed.
• Oversee scheduling and direct management of residential employees.
• Attend weekly meetings, treatment teams and trainings as needed.
• Following procedures and instructions, both written and verbal
• All other duties as assigned.
• Manage residential care facility during swing shift hours.
• Attend meetings and trainings as needed. Provide support and training to team of youth mentors.
• Following procedures and instructions, both written and verbal
• Other duties may be assigned or necessary to support the program and/or company.

Additional Information/Requirements:

• Must be 20 years old
• Ability to pass an FBI Rap Back Background Check
• Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up 50 pounds
• CPR/First Aid Certified - provided by agency
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) - provided by agency

This position is during the night time hours, with shifts within these times:
Friday - Sunday: 11:00pm-9:00am
Pay varies on experience
