Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health seeks a Licensed or Unlicensed Therapist for a position in our six-bed Residential Treatment Facility. Qualified candidates will have the ability to balance group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy sessions, while maintaining appropriate, timely and precise documentation (intake assessment, treatment plans, utilization reviews, and discharge plans). The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and is capable of mental health crisis management.

• Active CA license as a Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage & Family Therapist (Post-doc & Associate candidates will also gladly be considered)
• Two years' work experience preferred.
• Group therapy experience is a plus.
• Motivated professional with the ability to flexibly navigate a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, empathetic, and competent therapeutic approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate as a member of a treatment team.
