The Resource Development Operations Associate (Temporary) will support the national office of Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s RDOps Department. This individual will primarily support BGCA’s data management processes, along with supporting the RDOps team with special projects.
- Support general RDOps (Resource Development Operations) initiatives and processes.
- Assist staff in performing data hygiene tasks in NPSP (Salesforce) donor database; identify and resolve duplicate entries, invalid addresses, and other donor record updates.
- Draft correspondence and assist in responding to fundraiser and donor inquiries and issues.
- Organize and maintain RDOps’ s SharePoint site
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and external customers
- Must have good organizational skills, proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
