Chick-fil-A 101 & Telephone is looking to hire a restaurant operations administrative assistant in preparation for our additional location opening in July 2023 in the Riverpark community in Oxnard, CA. There are many opportunities to grow within the organization.

Operations Administrative Assistants are responsible for

• Completing daily audits on food quality and the customer experience
• Responding to customer feedback on internal software as well as social media
• Checking and responding to customers, vendors and employees via email, text and voice
• Screen and interviewing employment applicants using internal interview system
• Account and report all food donations
• Be trained in the restaurant in key customer service areas to assist in the operation as needed (approximately 5-10 hrs/week)
• Maintain a refreshing clean work station, main office and restaurant office spaces
• Assist in occasional miscellaneous tasks to ensure help us become Ventura’s most caring restaurant
• Complete necessary internal audits to ensure compliance
• Enter Invoices and send out checks two times per month
• Reconcile Credit Card disputes/issues
• Create and manage a variety of reports
• Receive deliveries and route to appropriate parties
• Manage restaurant Lost and Found
• Assist Operator in any other functions that arise
